We are well aware that many companies do not have the funds available to upgrade to the latest IP enabled phone system so Reli are happy to continue to make Moves And ChangeS on your existing system. A simple call-out is normally all that is required when staff move offices, we are able to make alterations to both structured and non-structured cabling systems. If you are looking for a new phone system, Reli can offer something to suit your needs, either using a traditional Private Branch eXchange (PBX) or a modern software based IP system. Telephone cabling Additional cabling isn't a problem - or if you have a fault with one of your extensions, we can investigate your existing cabling to determine where the problem is. This equally applies to home users or businesses who work from home. We can rectify internal cabling problems when your phone provider has told you the line is ok. Normally a sole trader would have a second BT line installed - this would mean paying additional line rental, as well as the call costs. Most of us have a broadband connection these days, and this is in fact capable of carrying several telephone
conversations at the same time. By connecting a VoIP (or SIP) handset, you can take advantage of this spare capacity. Normally the only additional cost would be for the specialist handset (£60-100 rather than £15-£20 for a normal phone). There are
additional recurring costs if you want a specific phone number, but numbers like '0845' will normally be a one off cost. Plus you have the advantage that you can take your phone with you and keep the same number, if you're working from a customers
